Use the roller to apply the oil to your pulse points and back of your neck, or to your chakras, taking deep inhalations to connect to your self a let the oils give their wellness benefits. There are 3 blends:
centre- with essential oils of frankincense + spearmint to help you ground at the beginning of your practice, to slow and deepen your breath, clearing your head and bringing mental clarity, it’s great for headaches and brain fog too.
Flow – frankincense + sweet orange brings relaxation and a gentle energy whilst deepening and slowing your breath.
Savasana – a nervous system reset and deep relaxation from the combination of frankincense and roman chamomile
