Choose a yoga mat spray to enhance your practice. Made with essential oils there are two blends to choose from:
balancing combines our 4 yoga oils; frankincense to ground and deepen and slow your breath, spearmint for mental clarity, sweet orange for gentle energy &and roman chamomile for relaxation and nervous system regulation.
cleansing is a more refreshing blend with anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti fungal essential oils of cardamom, lemongrass and tea tree.
Use these sprays to mist around your yoga space and onto your mat at the beginning and end of your practice. The oils will also disinfect your mat and help to keep it fresh, please shake gently before use.
