Our collection of 3 yoga oils to use throughout your practice, each based on frankincense which slows and deepens your breath and has long been linked to connection, spirituality and meditation. All oils are skin safe and can be applied to the palms of the hands and pulse points, alternatively they can be used in diffusers or added to a spray bottle with water. The oils are presented in a linen drawstring bag, making them an ideal gift.
Begin your practice with Centre with the addition of spearmint to focus and bring mental clarity and make breathing easier. Use this oil for your arrival on your mat and during an initial pranayama/breathwork segment.
As you move onto the movement part of your practice apply Flow, with sweet orange it brings calmness and gentle energy. If you have a yoga studio this is the blend we would advise diffusing in communal, reception and changing areas.
End your practice with Savasana, deeply relaxing with chamomile to help reset your nervous system and completely calm your mind.
How to use? Put 1-2 drops of oil into the palm of one hand and gently rub your hands together then cup your hands in front of your face, taking slow deep breaths to inhale the beneficial effects of the essential oils. As you remove your hands gently press your palms to your temples, back of your neck and upper chest. The oils can also be applied to pulse points throughout the body.

Flow is a fabulous oil to diffuse during the day and is especially good for after school calmness
Savasana is perfect for an evening, keep it by your bedside and use if you awaken during the night with a racing mind.
