empower: created for our yoga teacher friend for her aerial yoga classes to boost confidence and relieve anxiety, use this blend to calm and ground your mood with bergamot, ylang ylang, howood, cedarwood
serenity: to relax and aid sleep, ease grief and reduce feelings of overwhelm and irritability, it’s our best blend for children and pets with bergamot, high altitude lavender, chamomile, vetiver
